Getting started, how do I do this ?
Getting started is really easy:
- Sign up for a Free Trial Session through the Sign Up options on the website. We run these sessions on a Wednesday evenng and Saturday morning. The Free Trial Session is suitable for all fitness levels. It includes instruction on some of our basic movements, and a short, but challenging, CrossFit workout. It's also an opportunity for you to find out more about CrossFit principles and how membership works, as well as to see if you think it's for you before signing up. We're convinced you'll be hooked!
- If you liked the free session, the next stage is to Sign Up for the Fundamentals Sessions. Before jumping straight into classes, you'll need to go through 2 Fundamentals sessions. This will allow you to get familiar with the movements we use in CrossFit, including Olympic weightlifting techniques, and allow you (and us!) to understand your capabilities and goals. We run 2-3 Fundamentals sessions per week - most people complete the course within a week of signing up.
- Once you have completed the Fundamentals sessions, Sign Up for membership and you'll be free to sign up to any of our classes. Don't worry if the workouts still look a bit daunting - our coaches will make sure you progress at the right pace for you while still getting an intense CrossFit workout.
